Quality and corporate social responsibility
Equipe is a member of ABU (Algemene Bond van Uitzendondernemingen – Association of Temporary Work Agencies). The members of this Association have stable financial position, are trustworthy, operate in accordance with strict rules and recognise the Collective Labour Agreement (CAO) for Temporary Agency Workers. In addition, these companies operate in a competent, fair, open and reliable manner. When cooperating with an employment agency associated with ABU, you can be sure that this company provides top-quality services and operates in a socially responsible manner.
Equipe is entered into the Labour Market Regulation Register (called the dé Norm Certificate). This certificate is equivalent to the European Standard NEN 4400-1 and is verified by the Labour Market Regulation Association (Stichting Normering Arbeid – SNA). Companies with NEN-4400-1 Certificate are controlled twice a year with regard payment of taxes and social insurance premiums, remunerations and invoicing. In addition, the ID numbers and ID cards of the employees are checked. Such procedures ensure safety required by the so-called Chain Responsibility Act (de Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid). We want to protect you, but also ourselves against payment of unnecessary penalties for employment of people not authorised to work in Holland whose identity is unconfirmed or fake.
This Certificate ensures that any houses offered to our employees meet the requirements and standards set forth by NEN and ABU. In practice, it means high level of accommodation.
